INTRODUCTION

Welcome to **SlingSight** ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at **https://slingsight.com** and our desktop application (collectively, the "Service") operated by **REAK INFOTECH LLP**, located in Madhya Pradesh, India. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including a valid email address).
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND MONITORING COMPLIANCE

**Crucial Notice Regarding Monitoring:** SlingSight is a productivity tool designed for self-monitoring or employee monitoring where legally permissible.
  • Consent: You agree that you will only install the SlingSight desktop application on devices for which you have authorization. If you use the Service to monitor employees or third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and provided all necessary notifications as required by applicable local, state, and national laws (including GDPR in Europe and various state laws in the US).
  • No Covert Surveillance: You agree NOT to use the Service for covert spying, stalking, or unauthorized surveillance.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold REAK INFOTECH LLP harmless from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from your failure to obtain necessary consents for screen recording and data collection.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account management page. However, refunds are not provided for the remaining period of the current subscription term, unless required by law.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Our IP: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REAK INFOTECH LLP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the data (screenshots, activity logs) you generate using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to access, store, and process this data specifically for the purpose of providing you with productivity analytics and AI insights.

AI ANALYSIS DISCLAIMER

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze screenshots and activity data to generate productivity scores and insights.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI is not infallible. You acknowledge that productivity scores, summaries, and categorizations provided by the Service are estimates and may not reflect actual human performance with 100% accuracy.
  • Decision Making: You agree not to use the Service as the *sole* basis for significant employment decisions (such as hiring, firing, or promotion). We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on the data provided by the Service.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application.
  • Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on any of the Service or use the Service in any other manner that poses a security or service risk to us or any of our users.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall **REAK INFOTECH LLP**, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Limitation Cap: In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
